The program is a 3-day workshop with customer interviews designed to help scientists and engineers of all types find a market for their innovations. This opportunity is aÌýmust for anyone interested in commercializing their inventions, seeking translational funding or who wants to makeÌýa greater impact with their research innovations.

Join us at The Riverside in downtown Â鶹ӰԺ to see the most promising innovations from across the CU Â鶹ӰԺ and UCCS campuses. The 2022 finalists will pitch their innovations for over $1mÌýin total awards.

The Breakthrough Energy Fellows program supports the best and brightest innovators working to develop, scaleÌýand commercialize technologies that have the potential to reduce carbon emissions. Through two opportunities, applicants could receive up to $500k in funding to advance climate technology under an Explorer Grant or up to $3m in funding—plus training and mentorship—for a climate tech startup venture under an Innovator Fellowship.

Activate invites a wide variety of innovators to apply for aÌýtwo-year fellowship to turn their technology concept into a product. The fellowshipÌýincludes an annual stipend, R&D fundingÌýand mentorship and is ideal for finishing graduate students and post-docs.
