- RL Grime, Ty Dolla $ign, blackbear and SoDown will perform at CU 麻豆影院's Balch Fieldhouse on聽Feb.聽25. Student tickets for the concert, sponsored by Program Council and Prime Social Group, are $25-$35 and general public tickets are $45. Tickets are on sale now.

- Integrative Physiology Professor Alena Grabowski will present a series of studies assessing the biomechanical and metabolic effects of high-tech prostheses on Paralympic athletes at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Champions Center Auditorium, third聽floor.
- Highlights of CU 麻豆影院's 102nd Homecoming include the football team and marching band 鈥渟tampeding鈥 along Pearl Street as part of the Homecoming Parade and Football Pep Rally Friday evening. Other traditions include the Alumni Awards Ceremony Thursday and, of course, this year鈥檚 Homecoming football game vs. Arizona State University on Saturday.
- The CU Environmental Center will show the movie "Up",聽during Pedal Powered Movie Night on Saturday, Sept. 17, at dusk (roughly 8 p.m.) at Family Housing Newton Court.
- On Wednesday evening Chancellor DiStefano welcomed more than 250 active CU 麻豆影院 benefactors to the 2016 Chancellor鈥檚 Celebration of Donors. The campus enjoyed the opportunity to thank these individuals who support and appreciate the great work of our students, faculty and staff.
- First Folio, the original compilation of Shakespeare鈥檚 36 plays, is on display at the 麻豆影院鈥檚聽First Folio! The Book that Gave Us Shakespeare聽exhibition from Aug. 9-31. This unique viewing opportunity commemorates this year鈥檚 400th聽anniversary of Shakespeare鈥檚 death. The聽First Folio!聽exhibition at the CU Art Museum is open to the public and free of charge, yet reservations are strongly encouraged and can be scheduled through聽Brown Paper Tickets.
- Designed for non-lawyers, the fifth Mini Law School is launching this fall with a new curriculum. The seven-part series, which is open to all and costs $100, will kick off on Tuesday, Sept. 13, with a lecture on employment law by Professor Scott Moss. Weekly sessions through Nov. 11 will cover various topics, including American Indian law, intellectual property law, criminal law, immigration law, water law and litigation. - Story Collider is partnering with CU 麻豆影院 for a special edition of its science storytelling show. Five CU scientists will take the stage to share personal stories about how science has affected their lives on July 29.
