CU Engineering waives application fees for PhD students

Through Nov. 15, any U.S. citizen or permanent resident with an undergraduate GPA of 3.4 or higher who applies to a PhD program in the College of Engineering and Applied Science can do so for free鈥攁 $60 savings.
