Sophomore lands full-ride SMART Scholarship and post-graduation job

Back in March, Teagan Browne鈥檚 phone rang from an unknown number. The call was to inform her she was a finalist for the prestigious Department of Defense SMART Scholarship. She gets her college costs covered and a job commitment upon graduation.
