Provost updates BFA on fall shift to remote instruction, other issues

Members of the Â鶹ӰԺ Faculty Assembly received an update on Thursday from Provost Russell Moore, who explained in further detail why the campus is shifting to a remote instructional mode for the rest of the fall semester, a week sooner than originally planned.

The Diversity and Inclusion Summit on Nov. 10 will include a discussion of "So you want to talk about race" by Ijeoma Oluo. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the text and its powerful themes. Prior familiarity with the book, while encouraged, is not required.

Professor David Shneer, the Louis P. Singer Endowed Chair in Jewish History at CU Â鶹ӰԺ, passed away. A noted scholar who helped shape students' lives, Shneer researched 20th century European, Russian and Jewish history and culture.
