CU Â鶹ӰԺ community invited to a ColoradoCare town hall debate

This Thursday, Nov. 3, Â鶹ӰԺ Campus Staff Council and CU Student Government will host a town hall debate on Amendment 69, also known as ColoradoCare. The debate will be held from 5 to 6:15 p.m. in the Abrams Lounge in the Center for Community (C4C). Ron Vejrostek, a spokesperson for ColoradoCare, and Michael Cooke, campaign manager for Coloradans for Coloradans (a group opposed to Amendment 69), will debate the amendment and its impact on Colorado residents. A question-and-answer session will follow.

University of Colorado football is bowl eligible at 6-2 and have their sights set on the Pac 12 Championships. In a Thursday night football showdown, the Buffs take on the UCLA Bruins. Faculty and staff can purchase discounted tickets for this game for only $30 (savings of $25). #TheRiseIsReal and Folsom Field is the place to be this Thursday night at 7 p.m. for the Buffs and the Bruins.
