At the end of August, Chris Lehnertz (EPOBio’85) became the 19th superintendent of Grand Canyon National Park, one of the most famous and visited in the National Park system. The first woman to oversee Grand Canyon since it was first set aside as public space more than 100 years ago, Lehnertz is at home in America’s magnificent public spaces.

MacIntyre named 2016 Walter Camp Coach of the Year

CU head coach Mike MacIntyre has been named the Walter Camp 2016 Coach of the Year, joining Bill McCartney (1989) as the only coaches in Colorado history to be named the National Coach of the Year. The honor for MacIntyre comes on the heels of being named the Pac-12 Conference Coach of the Year on Tuesday.

Some of you have expressed your concerns on social media, in letters to my office, and to me in person that CU Â鶹ӰԺ is allowing such a controversial speaker to hold an event in a campus building.
