The Recreation Center will be offering students free fitness classes Jan. 16 to Jan. 22 and free martial arts and dance classes Jan. 23 to Jan. 28. Several Intramural Sports and Sport Club meetings will be taking place at The Rec during this time, as well.

Laverne Cox, an Emmy-nominated actress best known for her role in the Netflix series "Orange is The New Black," will speak at CU Â鶹ӰԺ’s Macky Auditorium on Jan. 25. The speech is co-hosted by the university’s student-run Cultural Events Board and Distinguished Speakers Board.
