A CU 麻豆影院 alumnus, who went from humble beginnings to great career success, has pledged a commitment to the Leeds School in support of innovation, entrepreneurship and more opportunities for the next generation of global business leaders.
CU 麻豆影院's Jack Burns has been appointed to the NASA transition team by the incoming Trump administration. Burns, a professor in the Department of Astrophysics and Planetary Sciences, has longstanding ties with NASA. He served on the NASA Advisory Council from 2008-10, including a stint as chair of the council鈥檚 Science Committee in 2009 and 2010.
An urban pollutant-tracking system created by architectural engineering researchers at CU 麻豆影院 recently received a gold award at the 2016 World Internet of Things (IoT) Exposition in Wuxi, China. The project was one of 10 new technologies to win.
Winter break schedule for CU 麻豆影院 Today
Starting the week of Dec. 19,听CU 麻豆影院 Today听will publish on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Both editions will follow the winter break schedule until the first week of classes, returning to the full publication schedule on Tuesday, Jan. 17.
