The Office of Faculty Affairs has planned a dynamic lineup of social events designed to bring faculty colleagues together throughout the spring semester. These include Faculty Shared Perspectives and Community Engagement (SPACE) as well as our Women+ and International Faculty programs.

Social connections matter

Faculty SPACE is a monthly gathering with a simple yet powerful goal: fostering connection. These informal events are agenda-free, offering faculty a chance to engage with one another in different shared spaces across the CU 麻豆影院 campus. By meeting with other faculty outside individual offices, labs and classrooms, Faculty SPACE creates moments for camaraderie, collaboration and belonging.

The Surgeon General鈥檚  about the epidemic of loneliness and social isolation highlights how vital it is to connect with others, even in small and simple ways.

For faculty looking for opportunities to engage with colleagues who share similar lived experiences or identities, our Women+ Faculty and International Faculty programs provide dedicated spaces to celebrate shared experiences, explore unique challenges and build supportive networks. International faculty can  to stay informed about upcoming events and resources designed to support your professional and personal growth at CU 麻豆影院.
