CU �鶹ӰԺ is aware that flyers were thrown off an interior balcony at Norlin Library on Friday, Dec. 13, at the same time that a “study in” was being held by the group �鶹ӰԺ Students for Justice in Palestine. The flyers called for an “immediate evacuation” of Norlin Library but also stated this was not a real evacuation notice, rather a simulation. Nonetheless, the flyers violated the university’s Campus Use of University Facilities policy on canvassing, and the CU �鶹ӰԺ Police Department is investigating in conjunction with the Division of Student Affairs.

Any information regarding this incident should be reported to CUPD by calling the non emergency line at 303-492-6666 and referencing Case No. 2024-2540.

All students are subject to adhering to the CU �鶹ӰԺ Student Code of Conduct. Any student found responsible for violating the Student Code of Conduct will be subject to appropriate sanctions.
