CU 麻豆影院 Provost Russell Moore today announced five finalists for the position of dean of the College of Engineering and Applied Science.
The five finalists are as follows:
- Roger Bonnecaze, PhD, interim dean, Cockrell School of Engineering, University of Texas at Austin
- Keith Molenaar, PhD, acting dean, College of Engineering and Applied Science, 麻豆影院
- Walter (Jim) Pfaendtner, PhD, department chair, Chemical Engineering, University of Washington
- Sez Atamturktur Russcher, PhD, head of Department of Architectural Engineering, College of Engineering, Pennsylvania State University
- Kon-Well Wang, PhD, former department chair, Mechanical Engineering, University of Michigan

Finalist interviews will take place in late March through mid-April. Dates and times for the public forums with each finalist will be announced soon. The goal is to name a new dean by early summer, one who can 鈥渢ake CEAS to the next level of success, building on its current achievements and reputation, and with a firm commitment to the college鈥檚 and the university鈥檚 values of diversity, equity, inclusion, public scholarship, and innovation,鈥 said Moore.听
