Come learn about a work of art and then participate in a related mindfulness practice. Join in the museum galleries in person or virtually via Zoom. The powerful, guided meditation can undo stress, soothe the nervous system and help you feel relaxed and revitalized. All are welcome. if you plan to attend virtually.

Come watch a movie on the big screen with Program Council. This week's film is Last Night in Soho. There will be free popcorn, and the event is open to all students and guests. Doors open at 7:30 p.m.; the film begins at 8 p.m.

In support of religious and cultural differences, Inclusive Rec is partnering with the Muslim Student Association to offer a monthly women-only swim. This event will take place in the privacy of the Clare Pool and will be staffed by female lifeguards. Make sure to bring your Buff OneCard to participate.
