Movement is for everybody,听and sometimes it鈥檚 just for fun. Attend this heels dancing class to strengthen the muscles used while wearing heels. You鈥檒l also work to develop self-confidence, self-awareness and learn choreography that will build upon skills taught each week. Make sure you have your own heels and that they have a protective tip on the heel鈥攏o bare metal surface will be allowed.
