Health Huts: Mental Health is Gratitude

Practicing gratitude is good for both your mental and physical health. What are you feeling grateful for this week? Try some activities to find ways to practice a little gratitude today.

When we serve communities that are different from our own, or when volunteering exposes us to someone else’s experience that is very different from what we know, we can experience a form of culture shock. This Volunteer Resource Center training offers skills for how to cope with challenges and embrace navigating differences in order to build resilience and volunteer more effectively.

Come to the first ever Buffs Hire Buffs networking night to check out what some of CU Â鶹ӰԺ’s most prominent alumni employers are up to. You’ll hear company pitches and learn what it takes to be a successful Buff alumni, while also getting to network with employers who hire and mentor CU Â鶹ӰԺ students.

Meet outside of CASE
Get outside to care for our environment and make friends. Come help pick up litter in the community with the Environmental Center. After cleaning up, you’ll get the chance to grab a bite to eat (provided by the E-Center) and connect with fellow Buffs! Groups will be limited to 10 participants. Be sure to to reserve your spot.
