Our bodies carry us through our entire lives, but we may not always appreciate all they do for us. Attend this workshop to learn about body positivity, neutrality and liberation as well as ways to treat our bodies better.

Do you want to learn more about how to get volunteers for your organization? Join the Volunteer Resource Center on this training series to learn about the process of creating and managing volunteer roles. The series is open to CU Â鶹ӰԺ students, staff and faculty as well as nonprofit organizations.
