Mindful Mondays: Goal setting

All skill levels are welcome at this free Texas Hold鈥檈m poker tournament.

Free Friday Power Hour: Power yoga

   5鈥6 p.m.    Rec Center, Studio 2
Start out your weekend with a free fitness class at the Rec Center. This invigorating Vinyasa-style class is a great option for those who have some yoga experience and are looking for a challenge.

   7鈥9 p.m.    The Connection
Do you write your own songs or poetry? Or love telling jokes? Sign up for Open Mic Night! The Connection鈥檚 Club 156 is looking for singers, musicians, bands, comedians, poets, storytellers and more to perform. All types of performers, from first-timers to experienced artists, are welcome and supported. Sign-up begins at 6 p.m.

Dress up and get ready to dance with fellow Buffs at this silent disco. Costumes are encouraged, and food and drink will be provided.
