Take a 30-minute break today and participate in a mindfulness activity. This guided meditation can undo stress, soothe the nervous system and help you feel relaxed and revitalized. All are welcome, and there is no need for past experience with meditation. Registration is required.

Free Friday Power Hour

Come get your body moving before the weekend and join the Rec Center’s Free Friday Power Hour fitness classes. Today’s class is Hip-Hop Groove, where you’ll combine easy-to-follow hip-hop dance moves with sculpting routines to target your glutes, thighs, abs and arms, all while jamming to the hottest hip-hop music! Don’t forget toÌý to save your spot.

Join the Zero Waste Outreach Team on their Instagram page for a live zero waste DIY life hack that you can add to your daily habits to reduce your environmental impact. Don’t forget to follow on InstagramÌýand tune in for this event.

Come meet new Buffs and enjoy a night full of games with the Center for Student Involvement. Bring your popcorn, grab a friend and come watch Spring Breakers. The movie is about four college girls who get arrested during their spring break, only to be bailed out by a drug and arms dealer.

Go run, walk or jog anywhere you want and be part of this 10K virtual race! You can run on a trail or on a treadmill—the choice is yours! All miles need to be completed by the end of the day March 28. All proceeds will benefit the CU Recreation Services You Belong Here Fund.

Have you ever built your own stuffed bear? Well this is kind of like that, but instead you get to choose a unique stuffed animal! No experience necessary. Learn more about Buffs After Dark.
