Braving the wilderness: Workshops explore how to be courageous

β€œLoving ourselves through the process of owning our story is the bravest thing we’ll ever do.” –BrenΓ© Brown

This monthβ€”as part of the Center for Inclusion and Social Change's campuswide initiative The Power of Community: Courage, Healing and Unityβ€”students, faculty and staff are invited to participate in events exploring courage.

A workshop called Braving the Wilderness: How To Be Courageous in Your Communities will be offered to students on Feb. 18 and to employees on Feb. 18 and Feb. 23. Participants will engage in interactive, thought-provoking discussions and reflective, critical-thinking exercises that will encourage you to ask yourself the following questions: Am I living up to my values? Do my actions align with my thoughts and values? Am I living my best life?

Visit the initiative webpage to register for a session, find more events or listen to February's courage playlist on Spotify.
