As we enter finals week, keep in mind that five campus buildings are open for general use for studying and taking finals remotely if needed:ÌýNorlin Commons, the University Memorial Center (UMC),ÌýCenter for Academic Success & EngagementÌý(CASE), Engineering Center and the Sustainability, Energy and Environment Community (SEEC). During finals (Dec. 8–13), the campus has extended the hours that these buildings will be accessible by anyone with a Buff OneCard.
Norlin Commons
Norlin Commons will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. from Tuesday, Dec. 8, through Friday, Dec. 11.
University Memorial Center
The UMCÌýwill be open fromÌý8 a.m. to 7 p.m. onÌýMonday through Friday, and from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, through Dec. 18.
Engineering Center and the Sustainability, Energy & Environment Community
The SEEC buildingÌýand the Engineering Center will now be open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. from Tuesday, Dec. 8,Ìýthrough Sunday, Dec. 13.
Center for Academic Success & Engagement
The CASE buildingÌýwill be open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. from Tuesday, Dec. 8, through Friday, Dec. 11. CASE will not be accessible on Saturday, Dec. 12, or Sunday, Dec. 13.
All five buildings will be accessible during regular business hours (9 a.m. to 5 p.m.) on Monday, Dec. 7.
Prior access preferences established on Buff OneCards will remain in place. Students, faculty and staff who normally have weekend and after-hours access to specific buildings will still have access to those buildings.
During winter break, building access will go to the holiday and weekend access protocol.
If you experience problems with accessing a building with your Buff OneCard, you can contact Access Services at 303-492-6609 during regular business hours of 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. For after-hours access problems, you can contact the Operations Control Center (OCC) at 303-492-5522 or occ@colorado.edu. The OCC is operational 24 hours per day, 7Ìýdays a week.
