Provost Russell Moore today announced he has granted an extension of the search for a dean of the College of Music, with the goal of having a new dean named by the close of the fall 2020 semester.听
鈥淒ue to the challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic, College of Music dean search chair Katherine Eggert has asked for, and I have granted, an extension of the search timeline,鈥� said Moore.听
Eggert, who serves as senior vice provost for academic planning and assessment, said 鈥渢he search committee鈥檚 plan is to host on-campus interviews beginning in the fall semester.鈥�
