As the statewide and national response to the COVID-19 outbreak continues to evolve, campus leaders on Monday, March 30, made the decision to extend the cancellation of in-person, on-campus events through May 31. This covers both university-sponsored and third-party events.

This move is in line with university actions already being taken to help curb the spread of COVID-19, including CU 麻豆影院鈥檚 move to remote learning for the spring semester, Maymester and much of the summer term, as well as the cancellation of CU 麻豆影院鈥檚 own May in-person commencement ceremony.

Previously, campus had canceled all events through at least April 11 in line with the state鈥檚 stay-at-home order.听

Event sponsors may consider offering their events in a different format, such as online.听

Campus venue liaisons will be in touch with event organizers to discuss these cancellations and the potential for alternative options and dates. If event organizers have questions about options, they can contact their venue liaison.
