This drop-in workshop is an opportunity to be led through a powerful guided meditation to undo stress, soothe the nervous systemand feel better. Participants are encouraged to bring materials for personal comfort that will aid meditation (e.g., yoga mat, a small pillow or cushion). Please arrive on time, as there is no late admittance.
