Toni Morrison, the first African American woman to win the Nobel Prize in literature, reportedly died on Monday at the age of 88. CU 麻豆影院 English professors are available for media interviews on Morrison鈥檚 legacy, including her influences on feminism and black literature.听
Laura Winkiel is an associate professor of English with affiliate faculty positions in the Department of Women鈥檚 and Gender Studies and in the Department of Ethnic Studies. She researches feminism and ethnic literature and has lectured on Morrison鈥檚 life and work. Winkiel is available for interviews on Morrison鈥檚 legacy.
