A federal appeals court ruled Tuesday that President Donald Trump is violating the First Amendment by blocking certain Twitter users from the account that he uses to speak as president.
, author of the upcoming book, 鈥淭he Government鈥檚 Speech and the Constitution,鈥� is available for media interviews discussing the ruling and why it will likely stand should it be elevated to the Supreme Court. Norton is a professor and Ira C. Rothgerber, Jr. Chair in Constitutional Law at the University of Colorado School of Law. She also signed onto an amicus brief in the case.
