The CU听Student听Government听Election Commission has tabulated the final results听of the听fall 2018 representative-at-large听election. Five representative-at-large seats were open听in this election. The Elevate ticket鈥擬adison Gile, Chloe Sonne, Kate Sullivan, Michael Martin and Nicholas Kennedy鈥攚on the election.
Representative-at-large election results
- Madison Gile听(Elevate): 1,197 votes, 19.45 percent
- Chloe Sonne听(Elevate): 1,079 votes, 17.53听percent
- Kate Sullivan听(Elevate): 1,045 votes, 16.98听percent
- Michael 鈥淪harky鈥� Martin听(Elevate): 1,031 votes, 16.75听percent
- Nicholas Kennedy听(Elevate): 967 votes, 15.71听percent
- Ibrahim Karoussa (Rise): 447 votes, 7.26听percent
- Antony Congram (Rise): 386 votes, 6.27听percent
The commission would like to thank all of听CUSG,听the Rise and Elevate tickets and a special thanks to the Residence Hall Association and Engineering Council,听as well as听all CU students for a fair and fun Fall Election Week that saw the highest听fall听turnout since 2013, with 5.56 percent听of the student body voting.
