A new study suggests that damaging weather events, more common to the Pacific Northwest, will happen more frequently in Colorado in the coming years. The study by CU 麻豆影院 and the National Center for Atmospheric Research found that due to climate change, flooding caused by rain falling on snowpack could more than double by the end of this century in areas of the western U.S., including Colorado鈥檚 high country, says CU 麻豆影院 researcher and lead author Keith Musselman.
