Attend the New Venture Challenge track competions March 19鈥�22
The NVC track competitions are underway this week, with events in the following categories: creative, information technology, research and development and general. The championships will be April 4 at the 麻豆影院 Theater.
Join singers Jennifer Bird, Matthew Chellis and Andrew Garland, as well as pianist Alejandro Cremaschi, on a musical journey to Spain. The program includes zarzuela arias and Spanish songs.
Faculty, staff: Join inclusive pedagogy discussions March 21, 22
Participate in conversations led by visiting expert Kimberly Tanner on how "instructor talk" may mediate inclusion, engagement and learning; and how tools, strategies and insights can promote student success.
Symposium March 21 to explore environmental law, policy under Trump administration
A diverse set of experts will address the consequences of new interpretations of environmental regulations and how tribal, state and local governments, as well as market forces, are responding. Registration is required.听
听Ann Coulter event听March 21
If you have tickets (the event is sold out)听and plan to see political commentator and author Ann Coulter speak at听Cristol Chemistry and Biochemistry, plan to get there early. Doors will open at 6:30听p.m., with Coulter's talk beginning at 7 p.m. Event entry will be on a first-come, first-served basis, and you听must present a valid Buff OneCard for entry.听Backpacks and other bags will not be permitted inside the event.

CU 麻豆影院 students, faculty and staff are hosting this event in celebration of positive community. Activities will start at 6听p.m.听in the Old Main's third-floor听Heritage Center; doors to the听chapel will open at 6:30 p.m., and a program of performances, music, spoken word听and dance will begin at 7 p.m. Voter registration also will be held on site during the event.
The CU 麻豆影院 chapter of 听will host a chapter meeting open to the CU 麻豆影院 community听to discuss current legislative issues regarding gun control. The meeting will be held听at 7 p.m. in Duane Physics, room G1B30. All are welcome.

With an extension, nominations are due Friday, March 23, for four BFA seats. This is an important opportunity for you to participate in the faculty governance process. Nominate yourself or your colleagues.
Nominate an undergraduate who shows promise for graduate school
The campus is seeking undergraduates for the McNair Scholars Program, which serves first-generation and low-income students in preparation for graduate school. Faculty may nominate, and students who believe they are eligible may complete a preliminary application.
