How do plants and animals solve survival challenges? Through hands-on discovery, families will make observations and discoveries about how structures and processes in nature solve problems and how we can learn from them to develop sustainable ways to solve human problems.

On Saturday, Jan. 27, meet CU 麻豆影院 students and community partners who are weaving together science, technology, engineering, art听and math to find innovative and sustainable solutions for the challenges we face in our changing environments. Explore their approaches and experiment with your own 鈥淪TEAM鈥 ideas by observing, predicting, building, testing听and creating.

Family Days inspire wonderment about the natural world in families and kids of all ages (0鈥18 years old). Each topic will connect disciplines of natural science, human culture, technology, art听and innovation to engage families across generations and cultures. You鈥檒l explore these topics through hands-on activities including creative take-home crafts, up-close observations, play-based activities听and experiments.
