One of the most rewarding parts of traveling or living abroad is the stories with which you leave.

Experiencing a new culture abroad can be challenging and enlightening and can lead to funny, inspirational听and even scary moments. All of these experiences help us learn about ourselves and听people from another part of the world, giving听us a new cultural perspective of the world.

The CU 麻豆影院 Peace Corps group is hosting a Storytelling Night for community members to celebrate听each other's travel experiences and engage and network with local returned Peace Corps volunteers. All are welcome to share stories about the challenging, rewarding and inspirational moments from traveling abroad.

Participants are asked to听keep stories between 5 and 10 minutes in length.

The March 1 event is being held as part of Peace Corps Week, which commemorates President Kennedy's establishment of the organization on March 1, 1961.
