For centuries, people have searched for ways to peek into the human mind. The Greek philosopher, scientist and physician Hippocrates wrote that all human beings could be divided into four distinct personality types.听
On Tuesday, Feb. 14, Human Resources will offer a workshop focused on the Real Colors Personality Test. Real Colors is an instrument based on the more-modern Temperament theories developed by David Keirsey. It is designed to help people recognize, accept, learn to value and understand human behaviors to improve empathy and communication in the workplace.听
Following the workshop, participants will be able to:
- Identify their top two colors and understand how their style drives behavior,
- Understand how their natural style supports and impacts their interactions with others,
- Learn how to 鈥渟peak in the language of the listener and listen in the language of the speaker鈥 and
- Compare the four colors to understand their needs, values, strengths and joys.
Registration is required, so please .听This workshop will also be offered on May 24 and June 29.
