On legal implications: Sarah Krakoff is the Raphael J. Moses Professor of Law at the 麻豆影院. Her areas of expertise include American Indian law, natural resources and public land law,and environmental justice. She is the co-author of 鈥淎merican Indian Law: Cases and Commentary鈥 and co-editor of 鈥淭ribes, Land, and Environment.鈥 Krakoff can address the legal implications of the Dec. 4 decision by the Department of the Army to not approve an easement that would allow the proposed Dakota Access Pipeline to cross under Lake Oahe in North Dakota.
