Do you have outstanding parking citations? Are you looking for an easy way to pay them off and help your community at the same time? CU 麻豆影院 Parking and Transportation Services is offering a win-win solution.
On Nov. 14, 15, 17 and 18, Parking Services will allow you to pay off your campus听parking fines with canned food instead of cash as part of a community food drive effort with听Harvest of Hope Pantry, who provides healthy supplemental food to 麻豆影院 families and individuals in need.
Between 1 and 4 p.m. on the dates noted above,听bring in a minimum of four non-perishable food items to the Parking Services lobby and have a current outstanding citation waived.*
If you have more than one outstanding citation, you are welcome to donate more than the minimum required.听Donations also will be accepted from those who do not have any fines.
*Citations must have an issuance date prior to Nov. 1, 2016. Donations will not be valid for citations in collections, at the Bursar's Office, relocated/booted vehicles, ADA or fire lane/undesignated space violations or any amount due over $50.听
