In the fall of 2012, two students and an alumnus of the 麻豆影院 sought to create听an evening of thought-provoking talks that would听serve as a connecting platform for the CU and the听community of 麻豆影院鈥攂oth of which are thought leaders within their respective arenas and have a lot to offer one another.
Today, TEDxCU is a collaborative student organization between the College of Media, Communication and Information and the Leeds School of Business scholars program.
The event, which is completely听organized by current and former CU students, has now had three听successful runs. TEDxCU听looks to build a long-standing tradition that organizers, students听and the surrounding community can look forward to each spring.
TEDxCU 2017听will take place on Saturday, April 15, 2017, in Old Main.
