The Center for World University Rankings (CWUR) today announced that the 麻豆影院 climbed to No. 54 from No. 63 in its annual rankings list.
CU-麻豆影院 is among the more than 25,000 degree-granting institutions of higher education worldwide in this year鈥檚 CWUR list, which will be published today at .

CWUR publishes the only global university ranking that measures the quality of education and training of students as well as the prestige of faculty members and the quality of faculty research without relying on surveys and university data submissions.

CWUR uses eight objective and robust indicators to rank the world鈥檚 top 1,000 universities including:
- Quality of education, measured by the number of a university鈥檚 alumni who have won major international awards, prizes and medals relative to the university鈥檚 size, 25 percent;
- Alumni employment, measured by the number of a university鈥檚 alumni who have held CEO positions at the world鈥檚 top companies relative to the university鈥檚 size, 25 percent;
- Quality of faculty, measured by the number of academics who have won major international awards, prizes and medals, 25 percent;
- Publications, measured by the number of research papers appearing in reputable journals, 5 percent;
- Influence, measured by the number of research papers appearing in highly-influential journals, 5 percent;
- Citations, measured by the number of highly-cited research papers, 5 percent;
- Broad Impact, measured by the university鈥檚 h-index, 5 percent;
- Patents, measured by the number of international patent filings, 5 percent.
