CU-麻豆影院's Office of Career Services has launched a 听with听updated resources for students, graduate students, alumni, faculty and staff.

"Our new website has been redesigned to maximize the user experience, with new content and resources for students, alumni and employers," said Jon Schlesinger, Career Service's assistant director for strategic planning and communication. "Our team worked to organize the resources so they are easy to find."

Top features of the new website include:

  • . Career planning guides, grouped by areas of interest, to assist students explore majors and careers, prepare for internships and start to search for opportunities.
  • LinkedIn pages to join. LinkedIn has become the strongest tool for connecting with professionals. Connect with听these nine groups to听expand your network.
  • Internship/job searching resources. Career Services has put together resources to help job and internship searchs: general job boards, specific job boards, Career Buffs, company websites, professional associations, social media, career fairs and networking and informational interviews.
  • . Counselors can听help students understand who they are, what they want to do听and how to get there. Find out how to make an appointment online.
  • Free resources to explore majors and careers. Check out free resources including: Wetfeet, O*Net, GlassDoor, What Can You Do With Your Major, StrengthsQuest,听and the Online Majors Card Sort.
  • 听Build a听resume and cover letter, and be sure to stop by the Career Services office in C4C听and have your resume reviewed by a career counselor.
