As you know by now, the CU-麻豆影院 campus will be closed to non-affiliates from 12 to 6 p.m. on Sunday, April 20. This closure, now in its third year, is necessary to avoid serious disruptions to the university鈥檚 academic mission of research, teaching and learning.
The campus remains open to all students, faculty and staff. Visitors who have official business, meetings or other officially sanctioned activities on the CU-麻豆影院 campus had an opportunity to obtain a visitors鈥� credential. The credential request deadline -- Sunday, April 13 -- has since passed.
Students or other affiliates who are being picked up or dropped off by parents or other non-affiliates during the closure period can do so in Parking Lot 436 North (just north of the Regent AutoPark) without the need for visitors鈥� credentials. Those without credentials, however, cannot remain in this lot.
Students, faculty and staff will be asked to present their Buff OneCard IDs at campus entrances, Williams Village Buff Bus loading areas and other locations. Consistent with prior years鈥� protocol, law enforcement officers will politely and professionally engage those wishing to enter the campus to ascertain if they are affiliates or approved visitors. Those unaffiliated with CU-麻豆影院, or who are not approved visitors, will not be permitted on campus.
