The College of Engineering and Applied Science has opened a search for a new Assistant Dean for Inclusive Excellence to join the college's leadership team. The Assistant Dean for Inclusive Excellence provides vision and leadership for the recruitment, retention and success of outstanding and diverse students, faculty and staff. The position leads the Broadening Opportunity through Leadership and Diversity (BOLD) Center, including initiatives to build the pipeline of students with interest and preparation for engineering study and careers, and initiatives to improve student performance and graduation rates.
