CU-麻豆影院 will celebrate "living well" by offering numerous activities promoting healthy lifestyle choices across campus March 11-15 during "Well U Week." The week of events is meant to bring an awareness to the many components of living a healthy lifestyle, including fitness, nutrition, spirituality, environmental awareness, financial stability and strength of community.

"We picked this particular week in March because many people are feeling the typical mid-semester stressors as well as preparing for spring break," said Nicole LaRocque, assistant director of fitness and wellness at the CU Recreation Center. "We want to help alleviate some of that pressure by offering healthy activities and asking people to think about what it means to live well. We also want to help people think about healthy choices as they prepare for spring break."

Activities during Well U Week include, a welcome event featuring free chair massages at the Rec Center on March 11 (11 a.m.-1 p.m. & 4-6 p.m.), free Rec. Center admittance all week to non-members with BuffOne Card, free fitness classes, meditation and heath talks.

Visit the Rec Center for more information and a complete schedule of events throughout the week.
