An armed robbery was reported to have occurred at approximately 8:30 p.m. near the 麻豆影院 Creek Path north of the CU Rec Center (near lot 169).
A female victim reported that she was approached by a 19- or 20-year-old, tall, stocky, dark complected Hispanic male with a "buzz-cut" style haircut, who was riding a white bicycle. He was wearing a red t-shirt and black backpack. The male displayed a silver and/or gold handgun and demanded her purse. The female handed over the purse and was able escape without physical harm.
CU and City of 麻豆影院 Police continue to search the area for the suspect.
