On behalf of the entire University of Colorado at 麻豆影院 community, I want to extend my heartfelt sympathies to the family, friends and teammates of Spencer Nelson, who was lost tragically in a climbing accident near Aspen yesterday. Spencer was a fine young man of character and ability, typical of our students at CU-麻豆影院 and emblematic of the student-athletes on our ski team and those that represent the University on the field of competition in other sports. Our hearts go out to his father, Peter Nelson, his mother, Peggy Smith, and his brother, Connor Nelson.
