The University Memorial Center will be the best place around to watch the final moments of the 2008 presidential election unfold and to see what CU-麻豆影院 students think of the most important election of their lifetime.
"We're setting up TVs specifically for students to watch the election," said Carlos Garcia, director of the UMC. "We have a lot of students conducting business in the UMC already, so this is a great way for them to work or study and still keep on top of what's going on with the election."
Garcia said a number of TVs will be set up at the Alferd Packer Grill to give students access to all facets of election coverage. The UMC will also be holding an all-you-can-eat pancake special for $2.99 on election night.
"The election night watch party at the UMC is a great way to keep up on the news, get some food and see what other people think about the election," said Garcia. "Come down and have some pancakes, but make sure you go vote first."
