The University of Colorado at 麻豆影院 has added 14 new programs to the choices undergraduate students have to study around the globe, including six in the increasingly popular destination of Australia.

Other offerings include the first Study Abroad program in Norway and the first university-based program in India.

The programs will start this summer and fall. The deadline to apply for any summer, fall or academic year program is March 1.

Australia is the third most popular choice among CU-麻豆影院 students for studying abroad, trailing only Spain and England, said Sylvie Burnet-Jones, Study Abroad administrator. The new choices will double the number of programs in Australia to 12 and will be located at universities in Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Hobart and Sydney.

A record 715 students participated in CU-麻豆影院's Study Abroad program last year. Students can now choose from more than 150 Study Abroad programs in 71 countries.

Students receive in-residence credit for courses taken in a CU-麻豆影院 sponsored program and financial aid and scholarships are available. On-campus orientation sessions for all programs are offered before departure.

The Study Abroad program of the Office of International Education is located in the basement of the Environmental Design Building and is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
