Monica Bowker has a BA in Theatre Arts from California State University, Chico. She grew up in Southern California but now considers Chico her hometown. Monica has been a part of the entertainment industry since 2011. Notable positions include Lighting Supervisor at American Players Theatre, Head Electrician on Daniel Howell鈥檚 We鈥檙e All Dommed World Tour (US/CAN leg), and Head Electrician at Laxson Auditorium (CSU, Chico). Design credits include Assistant Lighting Designer at the Oregon Cabaret and the Utah Festival of Opera and Musial Theatre. Educational and Community design credits include Living Dead in Denmark, The Glass Menagerie, Welcome to Matteson!, Spring Awakening, The Rover, and more. Most of Monica鈥檚 career has been spent working in education and she鈥檚 so ecstatic to be back.
