VCSA Student Advisory Board
The Vice Chancellor of Student Affairs (VCSA) Student Advisory Board provides an opportunity for students to share and provide information relevant to the student experience at CU Â鶹ӰԺ. Students participating on the Advisory Board will provide ideas, counsel and feedback to the VCSA regarding issues relevant to the student body and help influence decisions regarding the services provided throughout the division and at the institution. The goal of the VCSA Student Advisory Board is to ensure the Division of Student Affairs at CU Â鶹ӰԺ is providing the appropriate support, opportunities and resources for its students.
The Student Advisory Board is representative of 8–12 students from CU Â鶹ӰԺ and provides monthly meetings with the VCSA. Participation within the advisory board also provides an opportunity for leadership development, skill and resume building.
Eligibility
Students who are enrolled (and plan to be) in the fall 2019 and spring 2020 semesters are eligible to apply. Successful candidates will be passionate about the student experience and have demonstrated engagement with the campus both in and outside of the classroom. Applicants must be able to attend monthly meetings.
Students must be in good academic and conduct (current and prior) standing with the university.
