Whether a staff member is resigning or retiring, here are some items to complete before their last day in Division of Student Affairs.

Resources for creating performance goals, employee evaluations and other performance management information.

The Division of Student Affairs believes that student employment is an opportunity that shapes tomorrows leaders. Student employees play an important role in the daily function of units, while also learning skills that they will need in the future. A consistent experience for all student employees is necessary to ensure skill building and connection with their academic goals.

Assistance for front line staff to excel in their current role and to help them meet their goals.

The Division of Student Affairs will be piloting remote and alternative work modalities through the fall 2021 semester. The purpose of this is to test innovative ways in how we can best accomplish our overall mission of supporting student success, the goals and missions of each department and the four key commitments of the division, while also providing flexibility to accommodate a changing workforce.

This training provides new Student Affairs employees with useful information about the division and resources for staff. There will be opportunities to ask questions and connect with other new staff members. New staff are strongly encouraged to attend a New Employee Orientation session within their first six months in the Division of Student Affairs.
