Free Faculty/Staff Yoga at the Rec!
In order to provide CU Â鶹ӰԺ employees with meaningful wellness opportunities, the Rec Center will host various free group fitness classes for staff and faculty.
ÌýAll levels are welcome, no fitness experience required.
Faculty/Staff Membership at the RecÌýÌý Ìý
Sunrise membership: Sunrise membership provides access to both Rec Centers from 6 am -12 pm Monday through Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday. Sunrise is only available to faculty/staff, not spouses, partners or dependents. $25 per month
One-Month Trial membership: Trial memberships give you access to the Main Rec Center and Williams Village Rec Center, day-use lockers and changing facilities, group fitness classes (no Be Fit Pass required), wellness services and more. Available to faculty/staff only, non-transferable, purchase limit of one, $25.Ìý
