The Renée Crown Wellness Institute of CU Â鶹ӰԺ invites CU Â鶹ӰԺ faculty and staff to participate in the Mindful Campus Program, an 8-week series co-designed by undergraduate students.
Join us in mindful community as we reset, care for our minds and bodies, learn accessible techniques to promote wellness, and just be. We welcome all sexual identities, races, ethnicities, nationalities, neurotypes, education majors/levels, identities, and self-identification.
