GRADUATE STUDENTS TO PRESENT PAPERS AT ROCKY MOUNTAIN GREAT PLAINS REGIONAL AAR CONFERENCE
Eric Haynie, Maureen Kelly, and Jonathan Peterson will present papers at the Rocky Mountain/ Great Plains Regional AAR conference April 5-6, 2013. The three papers comprise a panel, 鈥淔ormations of Subjectivity in Modernity: Its Forms, Functions, and Pitfalls.鈥 聽Eric鈥檚 paper is on 鈥淎skesis, Gelassenheit, and the Project of Life,鈥 Maureen鈥檚 is on 鈥淎skesis and the Historical Body,鈥 and Jonathan鈥檚 is on 鈥淧arrhesia, Philosophical Askesis, and the 鈥楥artesian Moment鈥: A Comparative Study of Subjectivites of the Self in Modernity.鈥
