An additional IRB Authorization Agreement has been posted. Use this form when another IRB of Record will cede the review to the CU Â鶹ӰԺ IRB.

eRA will be offline from 5:00 PM Friday, December 16 until 10:00 PM Sunday, December 18.

Access to eRA has been restored.
